  When I first contacted Elizabeth, and she asked me what I was looking for, I had to honestly answer that I was not sure. However, she knew straight away!
  
  Throughout our journey together, I began to understand that I had not yet ‘stepped into my own power’, because I was stuck in an invisible cycle of guilt that was holding me back, and made me believe that I needed to put everybody else in my life before me.
  
  After completing the break thru sessions with Elizabeth, I found myself becoming a lot more empowered; I was able to more confidently make decisions in my life, and implement the changes that I have been long awaiting to make. Others around me noticed my growing confidence, as I began to set boundaries that upheld and nurtured my own self-care.

  Great experience with Elizabeth with the breakthrough sessions.. Elizabeth Helps guide you through the whole experience.. Can be challenging at times but very much worth the effort to heal your body & Mind.

  I use to suffer bad anxiety, for the last 18yrs I have suffered mentally. I was at my wits end. I was mentally exhausted. I previously had studied mindful meditation but with life and everything that was thrown at me I knew I wasn’t coping as well as I wanted to be. My friend told me about an amazing lady who helped her quit smoking through hypnotherapy. I walked in with a open mind and complete dedication to what she was going to tell me to do.
  
  The gift Elizabeth gave me I can only say in one word ’Freedom’, from my own thoughts. Elizabeth is a kind, patient and extremely great at what she does. My course took a total of 10 hrs meeting her once week until my time was up. Her methods in hypnotherapy/life coaching were so good for me, she made me feel so comfortable and in a non-judgemental environment, I had my break through with Elizabeth and I would highly recommend her.
  
  I believe its been over 6 months since I seen her and I feel and think differently, I am stronger mentally and when stress arises I handle them and let go and move on, I couldn't do this before our sessions. She is amazing.
