  It was my first and last time visiting this practice. I booked an appointment for a baby vaccination. I realised I was going to be a few minutes late, tried calling the reception 6 times with no answer (even when they do answer you are on hold for over 10 minutes every time). When I got there at 8:08 I apologised to reception for being late. She then proceeded to call the doctor to let them know I had arrived and the doctor said they wouldn’t see me and that I would have to book another appointment for another time as I was 8 minutes late... Never been treated like that by a medical practice before. Will never being going back.

  This is the best practice around this area. great selection of doctors, my wife and I see anyone off 4 different doctors and get the same courteous caring attention from each of them. the reason you can't get an appointment is there so good that they are so busy all the time. if you stop whinging you probably feel better and then maybe not need a doctor.   I have been going to Schwartz for years and have see it deteriorate in care since then.
  
  My doctor left nearly a year ago who was lovely to start her own practice where she lives.
  
  Since then I have struggled to get appointments with one doctor, as you have to wait weeks or pray for a cancellation, as you all know we can't plan when we are sick.
  
  I have been asked why I have not seen just one doctor, hence the above, or sometimes they are sick which I understand and you get moved to another, which has made me feel bad. I had three doctors for one appointment once as two became sick.
  
  I also feel that Schwartz only care about the dollars now. Even though the doctors are nice, I just got invoiced yet again another $85 to get my results via telehealth when I paid the day before the same amount to get the referral.
  
  I have also been advised that I could only talk about one topic recently when I had only been in there nearly 10 minutes and all I wanted was my blood pressure checked. They wanted me to make another appointment $$. But it's also weird as I notice through my hotdoc app that your appointment starts before you get in there when the read or open your file. So I think your time starts from then which is disgusting!!
  
  There is just no consistency anymore, as my partner who has also been going there over the years hasn't been charged by his doctor to get his results on a number of occasions.
  
  I am sorry to say I don't think I will be continuing with Schwartz, even though they are pleasant and the doctors nice when you can see them, the quality of care and the direction this practice is now heading does not fit well with me.
  I will be not recommending them to anyone anymore as all they see now is you as a $$$

  My gp moved here months ago, since I’m a very complex case I like sticking with the one doctor. Since coming to Schwarz practice I’ve been nothing much happy with the all round care of medical staff and also reception, the clinic is tidy and well kept and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Yes you have to wait at times but for the genuine care you receive it’s well worth the wait.

  All the doctors and staff are lovely, but it is absolutely impossible to get an appointment within a suitable time frame, especially with the same doctor. It’s usually a minimum 3 week wait, at one point being 11 week wait for an appointment. I can never see the same doctor, which can be very distressing having to explain the same things from the beginning each time, or when you can’t book in an emergency booking with your doctor and have to go somewhere else. They overbook their doctors at the expense and health of the patients.
